My name is Charlotte. I’m Belgian, I speak five languages, and the Algarve has been part of my life since childhood. Over the years, I have gained in-depth knowledge of the region, its key players, and the specific challenges associated with real estate projects.
After more than eight years living here, I now guide clients through property and renovation projects across the region.
Most are creating a second home in the Algarve, often Belgian or international clients.
They are not simply acquiring property. They are shaping a place for meaningful time with family, friends, and themselves.
